Interpretation
We offer liaison, consecutive and simultaneous interpretation.Liaison interpretation: this interpretation method is used when the interpreter accompanies a relatively small audience on their visits to stores, plants, fairs and other events including informal meetings.
Consecutive interpretation: speaker(s) organise their content into units, then whilst pausing or taking a break, when the interpreter translates what has been said in a few sentences or even in 5-6 minutes sections. This interpretation method is mostly used at meetings with a small number of participants – e.g. business negotiations, specialist meetings, exhibitions, events -
Simultaneous interpretation: the interpreter continuously and synchronously translates for the audience what is being said. It is mainly used at events and conferences, most commonly with the support of interpreting technology (interpreter’s booth, headphones, volume controls amplification), in some cases for one or two persons using a “whispering” method. Simultaneous interpretation for a language pair is performed by two interpreters alternating on average every 20 minutes.
